Re: lifted blazers
I don't understand the giant rims thing. As long as the rim fits over the breaks, why would they need to be any larger ??

Re: lifted blazers
yes and im s ure they have to do something good for driveability. considering that much sidewall on say a 38" tall tire and 15" wheel might ride lke a 100ft cadillac with bad shocks. similar to the sports cars, probably driving it is alot more stable.
as always, could be wrong though

Re: lifted blazers
I don't like low profile tires ( almost no sidewalls ) they ride rough in my opinion, plus standard sidewalls are a good thing when you air down your tires when rock crawling.

Re: lifted blazers
I had a set of 38x15.50r18" Kumho Mud Ventures on another vehicle, and I drove it over 50k miles without any complaints about ride quality. I loved them, but I will admit that I didn't go with the larger wheel option because I thought the weight of the wheel would adversely affect the ride quality. It seemed to be a perfect combination of larger wheel/ride quality. Just my .02
