if you like the bullets get 'em. I havent heard them so I can't help there, but here's a general rule: compare their size, bigger and shorter will be louder than smaller and longer.

The bullets will provide a deeper louder sound. Depending on the length of the bullet muffler they are sometimes just for show and really do minimul noise cancellation. Glass-packs = rasp

Re: dynomax bullets or 12 inch glasspacks?

Depends if you have long tube headers or manifolds. I ran some glass packs bolted straight to the header collectors for awhile and it sounded nice. The Dynomax Bullet mufflers will have the same effect just louder.

For some reason, and no offense to anyone with this setup, but it seems that glasspacks have that famous "rasp" when paired with iron manifolds. Glasspacks with long tube headers has a completely different sound which I prefer.

For manifolds I'd rather have Flowmasters.

yea, bullets are loud, but i dont like them unless the vehicle they are on has a cam, otherwise, it just sounds like unhooked exhaust with manifolds

For a loud good sound go with Flowmaster 10 series or Cherry Bomb Extreme's, which are the same as 10 series. Just as loud as bullets but MUCH better sound, check out youtube...

Glasspacks died years ago!

i agree with smiller, single chambers are the way to go if you want loud sound, but good quality, i loved them on my nova and elcamino...

Re: dynomax bullets or 12 inch glasspacks?

After talking to multiple muffler shops in the area, I bought the FlowTech Raptor mufflers from Checker for $25 each. I love the sound. They are decently loud, but clean sounding. I would buy them again in a heartbeat. Very happy with them.

Here is a link to them at Summit.
