60-63 Doors
This is not a want to buy post. I just would like to know why the 60-63 doors are not reproduced. The previous and later truck doors are availiable why are these singled out?

Re: 60-63 Doors
i would say because 456 trucks share so many interchangable parts such as grille, doors, etc that they just went all out on those models first.

Re: 60-63 Doors
It is called "supply side" economics...low demand = no supply! Everyone on this site would love to see them reproduced, however, we are few, compared to the demand and popularity for the other years. Also, the 4-5-6 reproduction door shells do not hang properly and for nearly $500.00 + tax + shipping, it is not worth it, when there are good, used, OEM door shells available for 1/2 the money or less.

Re: 60-63 Doors
There is an alternative.....
Fiberglass.... US Body claim they are smooth gray gellcoat finish both inside and out. Accepts original hinge, latch & regulator hardware. Double wall posts support upper window and track. Windows come blanked in and must be opened during installation. Coremat® reinforced outer skin reduces "print thru". Original felts can be epoxied in the door post and side track. Door is supplied bare with no glass, mechanism, tracks or hardware. $898.00 plus shipping. http://www.usbody.com/Pages_Trucks/60-Chevy.htm http://www.bodypartswarehouse.com/St...hevy-Truck.htm
