Disassemble and ship in pieces or call UPS Freight(or similar) to see if they'll ship it whole. Either way it's gonna be expensive.

Re: Any ideas on how to get a bed shipped

I have used Uship twice. I have had a few trucks delivered to me, furthest was 200 miles.

Ive never had to ship large parts out of state though.

I will be looking for a bed soon also, and if I need it shipped that's the first place I would look.
