People SUCK.
I went to the local salvage yard today to get some parts off a 61 chevy truck. I was there last week and they had alot of good parts worth getting and keeping for future use or to resale. I got there and some azzhole took a hammer to just about everything that was worth saving, and to top it all off they took a crap in the truck! Man if I was there when this was taking place, I would have snaped, and proabaly gone to jail that day. I just dont understand why some people act like that.

Don't know what to say , good thing you were not there ,like a computer, people who do this need information punched into them but the law doesn't recognize your people programmers liscence. Sorry this happened and hope you find the parts you are after.

Re: People SUCK.
I diden't even need the parts, I just wanted them to ensure that they dident get crushed, this yard dosent leave vehicles out long before it gets crushed, they have a crusher on site and they crush quite often.

Re: People SUCK.
Unfortunately it's like teaching bad drivers road manners by responding with like minded behavior, nothing gained by it. Just gotta hope they run into a tree someday and make it nicer for everybody else. And can't blame it on youth either, we were all young once but most of us grow up having a sense of respect. This is why I prefer spending time with our dogs instead of people!
Here's a 54 Chevy I sold to a former brother-in-law years ago, and what it looked like after he got tired of it. Nothing survived, all the glass was broken and the missing door and trunk lid were removed and run over. I couldn't believe it:

Re: People SUCK.
Yea I know what you mean, I had a 72 Chevelle that I was almost finished with, new motor, tranny, rear end, and upholstery, had it sanded down and in primer waiting for a few more dollars for the paint. Well a friend of mine just had to have the car and guaranteed me it will have paint with in a month, a year later the whole car was trash.

Re: People SUCK.
And that's why junkyards don't like folks walking through them. They want you to wait at the counter while they pull the parts for you.
Local guy told me they have guys walk through and bust all of the tail lights with a hammer just so they can reach inside and steal the bulbs. Can you blame the junkyard owners ?

Re: People SUCK.
It's easy, isn't it, to look at the bad side. It has become almost a way of life for some, a facet of conversation. And those quivering idiots, who say to you how happy they feel because they have just experienced something great, to them, yet, seems so trivial to you. Take a deep breath. Take a look at what you have. Let the rest go. It's not going to change. Are you?

Re: People SUCK.
Will I change? Probably not, why you ask, because I have the right to vent here or anywhere I chose to because I have earned that right, in my opinion. I have served my country proud for the freedoms that it has to offer for my self and others, but I have to draw the line somewhere, and it starts with people who don't have respect for others and their property, or even themselves. I respect your comment and opinion, I just don't agree with it.

Re: People SUCK.
Couldn't agree with you more sir. Tomorrow's another day, hope it's a better one for you. The right to vent, you have earned. Just getting tiring listening to peoples aggravations. Not you in particular, sir. It would be nice if we could just turn this around some how. Like to shake your hand, sir, for your contribution to our freedom.

Re: People SUCK.
aerotruk63 you sounds a little sarcastic, but with my attitude I interpret things a little different than most, but I will take, thank you.
