Shorter tires?
I know bagged74 ran into this problem on a 2wd blazer he had. He resolved it by modifying the front inner fenders. That's the problem with these squarebody trucks. You get the stance perfect and the inner fenders rub.

Re: 3 inch springs and 3 inch spindles
id find out how far your suspension has to travel till it hits the inner fender. then measure the distance from your lower a-arm to where the old bumpstop hit and subtract that much from the bumpstop area distance. find a bumpstop that is maybe 1/4" taller than that measurement for some reassurance that it wont rub, and install the new bumptop where the mount for the old one was. just drill a hole in the a-arm and get a stud-mount bumpstop. this way the suspension will bottom out on the bumpstop before it does the inner fender.
i also had to do this on my blazer years ago.

Re: 3 inch springs and 3 inch spindles
The "easy" fix is to get rid of the 3" drop springs. Your better off with some stockers cut down. They won't bottom out as quickly. Beyond that, try buildng a bump stop that is shorter.
