Lower coilover shock mount

Hi guys, Im mounting coilovers in the rear and thinking of making the lower mount adjustable. Similar to using something like this http://www.welderseries.com/catalog/...roducts_id=215 Should I use an f911 bolt for more strength?

I hear f911's arent good in shear applications, should I go grade 8? 5?
