Airbag mounted directly on the 4link arms ??
HEllo together,
after i have installed my triangulated 4link suspension ..... i have a problem to locate the bags.....first of all i wanted to install the bags directly on the axle tubes .... but with this solution i have the problem with space for the exhaust... What do think about the solution to install the bags directly on the lower 4link bars .... for example with this brackets: http://gravity-werx.com/bagonbarmounts.aspx So far i am not sure if this solution causes to much pressure on the lower bars and the ball joints and so on ??? Hope you can help me out ?? Thanks achim |

No problems mounting the bags to the lower 4-link bars but depending on the size of the bar it may be necessary to add a gusset.

And exhaust depends on how low you want the truck. If you want to lay frame good luck with full exhaust most do turn downs in front of the rear end.
