That's a pretty common steel wheel that is copied by several companies. US Wheel calls it "Series 94" Black Modular Link here
Try Jeg's or Summit too, maybe under different brand names, but most of them keep the "modular" part of the name.

Cragar used to make them back in the day too, along with several others. You could get them in anodized colors like red, blue, gold, along with chrome and black. I liked the gold ones then

Ford made a wheel like that as well, for the F150's and Rangers I believe, in the 90's perhaps? The years are blurring together on me.

The early 90s blazers had a factory rim close to that just more flat looking.
