I'm running into the same kind of problem. How much of a lift are you looking for? I want more than a 3 inch suspension, but nobody makes them. All I have found is the 3 inch lift from fabtech: http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/ht...d73_87c10.html
The only other thing I can think of for more lift is a body lift, which I am reluctant to do because of the disadvantages like frame/body gaps and shifting of the body.

Oh ya, the 3inch basic system from fabtech is just over $400 and the long travel 4inch system is like $1600 or something.
To lift your 2wd truck you can use either a lifted coil spring, lifted spindle, or both up front. For longer travel there is also upper and lower control arms available at such places as AIM industries in AZ: www.truckin.com Make sure to get all new shocks and for the rear you can either go with blocks, add a leaf or new lifted leaf springs. I hope I was able to help some.
