I know this isn't OEM stuff, but you could fabricate the mount and use a rubber bumper from these guys.

Contacted Timbren during the winter, they supplied the rubber to GM but not the bracket.

I think my 65 has something similar to that , but they are a coil, not rubber.

I would like to have either or both. I would like to measure the sizing of the Timbren, then get a replacement.
When I contacted Timbren they stated that the rear kit for the K10, would be GMRP30 model and that there should be some spacing. The stock front of the K10 uses the same snubber as the stock rear C10 coil spring, therefore I assume GMRC10A. Timbren says that the front should be in contact at all times.

here is what is on my 65, dosen't look like I am using them, I can't see any spot where they have touched the frame
my gmc 3/4 has the extra spring pack like the pic on the top right.

rendus has the optional helper leaf springs. jonzcustomshop those must be aftermarket.
