Got the burb down
Finally almost finished with dropping my 87' burb. Still needs to come up a little in the rear. Has a flip kit and dropped spindles and dropped springs. Sitting on bump stops in front. Already trimmed half a coil of the front. Going to lower the front hanger in the rear to bring it up a little. I like some rake.
Still need to find my cpp upper shock brackets I lost. I lost the shock extenders in the rear for awhile. Thats what happens when a project sits. Still need to get the front end lined up and reroute the exhaust.

Re: Got the burb down
I like the stance, and a small rake will make it look good. Nice job.

Re: Got the burb down
Looks real good! So you used 2 1/2" drop spindles and 2" drop springs with a half coil cut from them OR you used the stock coils with a half coil cut from them to drop the front, correct? I really like the stance as it sits.

Re: Got the burb down
That looks sweet Tony. I say leave the rear alone and add some helper bags. You know your going to pull something with it.

Re: Got the burb down
Ken, you are right on the helper bags. Still has the trailer hitch on it. I just don't want it to be too stiff of ride. Still might lower the front hangers an inch. I want just a little rake. I put some heavy half springs (8 leaves) on the back. It had a 5 stack on it.
SBTork. The front has Djm spindles and coils I believe. I got them in a trade for some stock parts. I trimmed half a coil off the bottom. I don't know if 2.5" or 3" spindles.
