tHE BOX and rear finders will all tie together, but the cab will only tie to the front fenders not the running boards

Tobin.
From what I've read the front and back of the truck are really independant of each other and only tie in at the front of the running boards. You should look at http://www.stovebolt.com/techtips/ as they have a Tech section that has a great explanation for aligning the front tin (scroll down to General Bodywork). On the front end everything is aligned to the hood and rad support after they are bolted into place and latched closed. As someone already stated, the rear end, fenders and running boards align to the bed.

having problems with the skirt between the box and the running boards .need a pic of the brakets ,thanks guys .Now that the hot weather is going and me not out of town working ,just maybe i can get some work done on it.
