Floor shift vs column shift in a automatic?
What do you prefer? Already have a Lokar floor shifter and will be ordering a new steering column soon. Kinda thinking maybe I oughtta just go to a column shift instead. Who has the cheapest price on a IDIDIT chrome column shift column for a 1963 Chev/GMC truck?

Re: Floor shift vs column shift in a automatic?
i dont think anything beats a factory original auto column. i love the look and i believe it ties in perfectly with the rest of the dash and cab as a whole.
the added benefit is that it cleans up the floor of the cab, clears space for a third passenger, retains originality, and makes your truck worth more as well. |
