Gril replacement 63 truck

Does a grill off a 64 or later truck fit the light buckets on a 62 or 63 chevy truck??? Is it a bolt in conversion? I can't seem to find a replacement grill for a 63 truck, lot's of vendors for the 64 or later. thanks in advance, larry

Re: Gril replacement 63 truck

64 grille will bolt on. will have to re drill the 2 inner bolt holes. other than the headlight harness lamps and lamp holders(?) everything else about the grilles are different, so you will need to find a 64 grille ,headlight rings, and grille supports.

Re: Gril replacement 63 truck

'63 grilles are not repro'd as far I can tell. I found a good painted one on ebay. I'm planning on chroming it when the time comes.

Re: Gril replacement 63 truck

I have a '64 chrome grill on mine. I wish I could find a '63 too. I really like the way they look better.
