The springs on the driver side of the bench seat are not as firm as on the passanger side. Anything I can do?

zig zag springs should do the trick. Search google for it and you should find vendors and mounting hardware.

If the springs aren't broken, you could also just try to reinforce them with something. I think some folks just use a piece of indoor-outdoor carpet cut to the size of the seat - if you can find something like that that will give but is stiff enough to provide some support, lay it on top of the springs under the foam and see how it works.

I had some broken springs in my seat and ended up using some scrap sheet metal across the seat for reinforcement (before I learned about the carpet idea). It works, but I wouldn't recommend it because the sound it makes when it flexes every time I move drives me crazy.

I would swap some of the ones from the center to the DS no one sits in the center much or you could find a junk seat and use the middle to PS ones

I got a junk seat and robbed some of the metal from it. There are a number of different shapes and a number of different types of seats. Anyways, there are little metal crimps that can be removed and reused. I took some off along with the needed pieces, crimped them into the new seat and it's like new.

There is also a kit from LMC but I really don't think it has everything you need, just find a junk seat.

I agree with the previous posts, rob some from another. But wanted to add the far left spring is almost a 45/90 degree bend in it. It supports the seat, the rest depend on that for support and I have found to be broken a few times. There is a replacement for that harder to get spring I bought two years ago.

I have also heard of people putting the walmart pool noodles into the springs to add more support.
