Resetting Odometer to "000000"?

I am using a cluster from '90-91 Sub with the electronic speedometer. I was wondering how or if it is possible to set the odometer back to "0", or to a certain mileage. I was thinking that it would be easier to track maintenance based the odometer reading - rather then taking the current mileage, subtracting the original mileage of the cluster, and than adding the original mileage of of the transplanted engine. Too much math for me, I'd rather just look at the odometer - but I don't want to jack up the speedometer trying to adjust the odometer wheels. Anyone ever tried this before?

Thanks!

I had my gauges re-done by RedLine Gauge Works & he reset the odometer for me - sure he could do the same for yours or maybe even let you know how!
