Re: Trucks on blocks... Well jackstands!

I thought I was going to regret doing it but im extremely excited about it. The wheels were on craigslist for about 7 or so hours before I got a call last night. The guy came tonight and got them, he has a 69 c10 I told him to head on over here and sign up..

Re: Trucks on blocks... Well jackstands!

The new wheels will have to be built so I wont have anything for about 4-7 weeks.

But I think im going to get the Bonspeed Atom wheels. Going to place an order sometime this week.

Re: Trucks on blocks... Well jackstands!

Same Finish as well.. The brushed finish will go great with all the stock trim/tailgate band.

Those look nice . I like the two toned wheel but they can be a pain to clean. I know first hand. May I ask where you are ordering the Bonspeeds from ?

I got $1500 for them, which was fine. I took kind of a big loss but im much much happier.

The wheels are Rushforth Concept I's. They are designed by Jason Rushforth who actually lives here in washington and I have ran into him at shows before and have exchanged tons of emails with.

Decided not to go with the Bonspeeds, saw alot of trucks with them and I want to be different ( I think part of the reason selling the 225s ).

The new wheels are Rushforth Concepts. They are a Brushed/Polished combo. With the brushed being cleared.

Here are Jason's websites, Not only does he have some very nice wheel designs, he does renderings for people. Ive seen his name pop up from time to time on this forum actually... Very cool guy.

Re: Trucks on blocks... Well jackstands!

Think you guys can appreciate this car, Hes running the same wheels with a blue paint similar to what I have planned for paint. You can kind of get an idea on what the truck will look like with the wheels and the blue paint.

Close up of the wheel.

Re: Trucks on blocks... Well jackstands!

What width 22's and backspace numbers did you order?

The 20x8.5" AE 225's don't have enough backspace for me.

I just ordered the rears for now, 22x10 with a 5.5" backspace. I might call tomorrow and change the backspace to the minimum which is like 3"s so I would have about 6.5"s of lip... Just have the rear end made to match.
