Re: Battery Box fabrication to begin!
where are you putting it? I am moving mine to just behind the cab on the outer frame. I have altered my inner fender already so I have to move it.

Re: Battery Box fabrication to begin!
I don't have a picture, but mine is now located on the outside of the passenger side frame rail, behind the cab.
I also ran a remote lug off of the starter to the top of the passenger side frame rail (near the rad) so I can boost/charge the battery without climbing under the truck. Greg

I'm going to keep mine in the stock position. Just need to replace the rusty no hold down having tray that is currently there.

Re: Battery Box fabrication to begin!
Sounds like you just need a new battery tray. http://www.truckandcarshop.com/trucks60_72/t60_072.html $36.

Re: Battery Box fabrication to begin!
Got that one Lakeroadster posted for 19 on ebay. I don't like the way the top fit on it. Maybe I just need to mess with it more. The tops wider then the bottom
