Basic Wiring Harness

Anybody got a favorite to use for a basic wiring harness? I am going with a 350 sb and basic amenities on my '59 stepside, HO radio, heater, lights, wipers, etc. & a couple spare circuits.
I found what appears to be a good deal on www.keepitcleanwiring.com, anybody use them before?

I bought a 12 circuit kit from e-bay for $89.00,just a basic kit worked for me. Try Rebel Wire,there kits are fair priced and will give you customer service.

Look at EZ wire too. Fair price and I've called twice with questions and got the owner both times.

Rebel Wire. Glenn33 on that "Hokey" board hooked me up this week with one and has helped me on the cheap eBay one I used previously. His help was worth the extra spent on one made in USA.

Just fitted an EZ loom,I'm pretty happy with the outcome, the wires are labelled every
5" so it was a no brainer even for me!

I had to make slight adjustments at the rear to compensate for UK lighting regs but other than that it was fine.

The first one I used was an EZ wire copy and I do like the labelling. Once I made a spider out of it with only a few legs instead of spaghetti, it went nice. I also bought colored cable ties and put them on every 4" and coded them for lights, engine, underdash, fuel, and tail lights. I think I did yellow for headlights, blue for engine, red for tail lights and purple for fuel. Underdash was black. That way I knew where to route them when I put them in!

Thank you all for the info/options. It's good to know there are still a few things made in the USA.
It is kind of a heartbreaker to order something for a good ol' chevy and it says "made in china" on it.

i do something like this as well..

while you're doing it... if you bend the ziptie around the "wrong" way, it doesnt ratchet.. so you can slip it open and shut while you move wires back and forth until you get your harness made.

ive redone a couple stock harnesses, and i found that using "reusable" colored zip ties this way really helped alot...

This is another Rebel Wire endorsement. Excellent product and customer service and it's made right here in the good ole USA. I bought the 9+3 harness for my 66 c10. My truck had its wiring gutted and this harness has worked well for my application.

The outfit behind the Keep it wiring, The Hoffman group doesn't have the best reputation as far as customer service and reliability go. They see to be all marketing and very little customer service.

Rebel Wire is highly regarded by a lot of guys over on the HAMB and I haven't seen anything negative about them. Good product and great customer service along with a competitive price.

I bought a pretty decent 12 circuit harness off Ebay the other day but it is a bit short on wire length and I will have to add wire to it which I'm not too happy about. It was intended for the 48 but may now end up in a little roadster I'm building. The price was right but I wouldn't go so far as to recommend it to someone else right now.

Haywire from Joplin, MO is popular around here. Similar to Rebel, etc.

I recommend EZ wiring. I used their 21 circuit kit and was very very satisfied and the cost was right.
