Re: power steering hose question
Use the stock lines off your LS1 pump and the cut and reflare the lines with the ASE/ stock gear box fittings.

Re: power steering hose question
Mine were not stock hoses either. I had o-ring fittings on the box end and a flare fitting on the pump end. I never did figure out exactly what I had...none of the local auto parts suppliers could figure it out, and we searched through many hoses on their shelves trying to find a fit. I finally found a shop here locally that makes custom hydraulic hoses, mainly for tractors, and they made me a custom hose that was exactly what I needed.

Re: power steering hose question
Pull the relief valve out of the original pump on the truck it should be a flare fitting. Install it in the new pump Use a stock 80 model pressure hose. Jay
