tie rod end thread direction
Hi All,
Does anyone know the thread direction for the outer tie rod on a 1966 c-20? I ordered an outer tie rod, and it has right hand threads, and my truck needs one that threads to the left. I'm trying to figure out if they sent me the wrong part, or if my inner and outer tie rod ends were flipped at some point in the past. From what I can tell, the only difference between the inner and outer tie rods is the thread direction. |

Re: tie rod end thread direction
It appears to have left hand (reverse) thread.
