A few blue Suburbans and a color question

Hey everyone,
My paint code is 540C on my 62 burb K10 which I think is Crystal Turquoise Poly with a white two tone.
I also have a trim code of 433S which I can find nothing of.
Does anyone have a truck or burb in the color scheme that they could post. Trying to decide if I go original or change it up.
Are any of the pictures below my color?

Thanks,
AJ

Re: A few blue Suburbans and a color question

Thanks Aerotruck,
I have that chart also. Do you know what the L stands for instead of the C?
I also wanted to know if anyone has a full truck or burb painted this color because it is so hard to really tell a color from these chips.
Thanks,
AJ

Is it Laquer Paint instead of the regular Enamel? Is jbgroby not painting his truck that rich blue color?

Re: A few blue Suburbans and a color question

Here is a link to 1962 only colors, the white could be pure white or cameo white, I am going through the painting process on a 66 gmc right now and there are a lot of variables with these colors. My color was light green but we wanted to make it a little brighter so the paint store mixed metalic in the paint to substitute for the white and the solid yellow that was called for was replaced with transparent yellow. We are using PPG Omni , after they gave us a pint of the custom color we did 2 test panels , one using white sealer and one using black sealer the colors looked a lot different since the metalic is much more transparent and it picks up the sealer color . We went with the white and it made the color look more like the original but it has a lot more metalic and of course a lot brighter shine with 3 coats of Polyurethane Clear......

here is an example............................ ps I started to use the emerald turquoise Poly but it had too much blue in it for me. You might look at Lt1burbs profile on this site his is supposed to be that color. Kieth

Hey Kieth,
Is the link to your truck the same as the link to the 62 colors? Also do you have a completed shot of yours? Thanks for all the help everyone.
I wonder if 510 is the same as 540 bust just for the burb? I think my combo I ready somewhere was cameo white.

Re: A few blue Suburbans and a color question

540 ( Option # ) is the two tone combination of 510 Crystal Turquoise and Cameo white.
