My truck's history, general history, and lots of pictures
I've put together articles about my old truck before when I was concentrating on the Examiner, but I wanted to have a big feature type story on my blog with information from all of them. Plus, I can handle photos much better here.
Anyway, I'm just posting this becuase you're my old Chevy truck buds. I hope you like it, but you don't have to read it if you don't want to. I write a lot of old car stories on here, I just like to share them with people who I think will care once in awhile. Click here, if you dare. |

I’ve always admired your truck and enjoy your writing, and some of your photos are fantastic, and the model looks great too. Thanks for sharing the “rest of the story” on how it was acquired.

very nice article. this web site is great because everybody on here has differant ideas about these trucks. and i like them all. some are slamed to the ground some are really nice restorations or hotrods as it is and some people are like you and just have an old truck that they use.

Very nice original truck. All those pictures are a great reference to someone who's building it back to original or somewhat original. I like how you gave the headlight rings their original black eyes. You can still see the original black finish on the bedwood and bedrails. Very nice.
