Fuel system help (fill in the blanks)
I’m trying to put together my fuel system, and this is what I’ve come up with so far. *I have an LQ4 and will be running the older style fuel rails with the return. *I have come up with the following parts for the fuel lines, and was hoping some experienced eyes could let me know if I’m missing anything. *I will try and post a little sketch of what I’m envisioning later when I get home. *Basically, these are the parts for 2 fuel rail fittings, hose ends, and a fuel filter. *Would -6 AN hose work for the entire system, or do I need specific line for the return and feed? *Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Fuel system help (fill in the blanks)
I used the -6 AN lines for supply and return on mine and it works great.

Re: Fuel system help (fill in the blanks)
I used -6 exclusively, a corvette fuel filter. I think Russell brand from summit is what I used, but they have the Summit brand that is more reasonable than the name brand stuff is.

Re: Fuel system help (fill in the blanks)
Ok cool, I think I'll get this stuff. Do the hose ends, rail adapters and filter look like they'll jive with each other? I don't know if I'll need any special fittings where the lines connect to the fuel sender end, or if the hose can just slide on with FI hose clamps.

Yes getting that stuff, you should be all set and if there is LS style hose clamps those should work also.

Re: Fuel system help (fill in the blanks)
Just a FYI, I went with the Summit Teflon SS hose, little cheaper.
