Start / end for door weatherstrip
Can someone let me know where the "start" and "end" for the door weatherstrip is on a 66 C10. This would be the weatherstrip that attaches to the cab.
I found a thread that a poster said 'check the manual', but the manual I have does not show anything. I would guess either the top of the door of the front post. Thanks in advance.

Re: Start / end for door weatherstrip
Taz Look in the 60-66 assembly guide. The cab rubber starts at the botton off center of the door opening, (You can go either way it does not matter DO NOT STRETCH THE RUBBER. Continue up the door, around the top and back down the other side. You should end up with a gap of about 1/2-3/4" maybe a little more but that is suppose to be like that.
Make sure you use the following: 3-M adheavsive and clothespins. Put the adheavsive on the cab frame, them a bit on the rubber making a continous seam just do a few inches at a time (12" should be good) wait a few minutes (3 should do it) hold it in place with a clothes pins. I just did my inner fenders, See pic.

Re: Start / end for door weatherstrip
Thanks for the replies.
Bottom, just rear of center it will be. @likaroc13 appreciate the link. Good pics, especially with the orange / black contrasting colors.
