Anything is possible with time, money, and tools. You will have to fabricate some bracketry.

I have seen them installed, but it is best to visit your local automotive recycling center and take some measurements. As noted, you will have to fab up some brackets, and this may raise the height of the seat to an undesirable level. Also, if you are talking about 2000-2006 model year with integral seat belts, you can get integral belts on late 90s and later Chrysler Sebring convertible seats with a nice console to go with them. Those Chrysler seats are a little narrower overall and I think a little lower.
