1959 GMC Restore custom
I have a 1959 GMC Step Side that I have just begun the lengthy process of finding out what is good, and not. It is a Southern California Truck so it is mostly solid. Does anyone know what newer suspension will work without too much cutting, and welding?

Re: 1959 GMC Restore custom
Hi Earl, I'm just donw the 94 from you, in Lemon Grove. Just starting out with a 59 chevy fleetside that needs love. I am going to go as basic as possible to save money and time. Mono leaf front, fliped rear end and c notch.
There is a great thread on here using a camero front clip. I dont think there are any limits to what you can do thats for sure. |

drop by the suspension sub-forum, lots of good reading there. Board sponsors are also helpful.
Oh, and welcome. Barney |
