my first c10 custom

I am not sure how many of these 60-66 trucks i have bought ,sold, traded or owned but i do know this is my first complete custom truck . i have had tons of cabs , beds or parts trucks but never a complete running driving truck and thanks to delmo i have a very nice one!! check this out i sold my lil heard off on wednesday. delmo sent me some pics thursday of this truck he bought for a guy and he was going to 'delmotize' it(my new werd ) and the duude switched plans or something sooo the truck came up for grabs. friday around 9:05 am CA time i called del and we made the deal ( killer deal thanks again del)I told del we could work it out in the next month or so to meet up and get the truck, I hung up the phone and called my buddy mike (also a member "newagecustoms")mike has a transport biz and asked what he was doing. He tells me hes in LA dropping off a car. the time 9:10 (wow) i asked mike if he could call delmo and see how close he was and if he could pick up my truck. mike was 9 miles from del and within 1/2 hour or so my new c/10 custom was heading to phoenix !! car karma

Re: my first c10 custom

How about 22x8.5's and 24x15's layin flat?
A set of 405/25-24's would look killer under those rear bedsides!!!

Hey joedoh, you can get one like it. If you find one it's only a phone call away and it would be on a trailer heading your way.

Re: my first c10 custom

Dino, this is the color combo I picked out for my truck so can't wait to see how it turns out. The 383 will be nice but how about a small block 427 or 434? Bigger is always better.

That is a clean truck! Seems Delmo has a habit of finding some nice original trucks up there. Look forward to watching the build.

So sick! I can't believe you didn't have Delmo do his thing on this one before you had it shipped home! It will be sweet pro street on some Delmo smoothies! I can't wait to see how this one turns out. Congrats.
