I got a little more done on my truck today. It's a lot more fun putting it back together when you can actually see some improvements.
I put in new inner and outer hinge covers, and a lower outer door panel. I also put in a new lower inner door panel, hinge mount bracket, and lower hinge post, and rebuilt the hinges. I can't believe how much better the door closes now. The lower door had two bullet holes in it that were bondo'd over. I'm sure there's a story there but I'm not sure I want to hear it, LOL. It's just got some rattle-can primer and under coating on it now but I'll put some better stuff on it when I get it out of my garage.
I've changed my mind about painting it for now. I'm getting too anxious to get it back on the road so paint will have to wait. The patch panels for the whole job cost $246 plus shipping.

Looks like you have been real busy lately. The truck is starting to look good too.
