OEM 6 lug factory rims????
I am working on a 76 k10 stepside and I want to put some original rims back on it. I was going to get some from Stockton but they are temporarely closed and they arent sure when they will reopen, owner died. So I am know looking for some good used ones. I found these here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=466537 bvut he says they came off a 72 Blazer. I am pretty sure they are nor correct for that Blazer but could they be for this K10? Also are rims from a 67-72 interchangable with the squarebodies? One more any other places besides stockton yall can think of? I would prefer to order some new ones bc I realy want to go 8'' wide.

Re: OEM 6 lug factory rims????
I got some OEM wheels for my '65 Impala a few years ago from Wheel Vintiques. I shopped everywhere. I remember Stockton was the most expensive. The ones I got were also sold through Summit. If I remember correctly, I was told back then that Wheel Vintiques made all these wheels and supplied them to everyone else. I was really happy with the wheels, by the way.
I had called Wheel Vintiques and they had an extra set of red powder coated ones that they were willing to sell me cheaper because they were returns, but I chose the bare.

Re: OEM 6 lug factory rims????
Any idea if the 76 rims were solid or did they have the vents cut in them like the ones for sale that I posted above?
Whlie we are at it does any one know if this K10 would of had hubcaps or the beauty ring w the 4x4 center cap?

Re: OEM 6 lug factory rims????
The wheels posted in your first post are correct 15x8 rallies for the 1/2 ton 4x4 squares.

Re: OEM 6 lug factory rims????
My 75 1/2 ton has wheels exactly like the ones you posted with the vents cut into them, only they're 15x7's and a 5 lug. I wish they made a 5 lug 15x8... I really like the way they look and want bigger wheels to fit my tires.

They do, check out wheel vintiques, and the wheel smith. Thanks for the info though, I appreciate it.
I see you have an IH problem as well. I have 3 Scouts, a 69 Travelall and a 71 Pickup. My wife is real tollerable, lol

I didn't see any of the 15x8 wheels on either site, but it could have been that I wasn't looking hard enough.
