63 fuel gauge

I'm installing a Rebel Wire kit in the 63. My question is regarding the fuel gauge. With two terminals on the gauge does one go to ground? If so is it the red or the other one (not sure if it is black or brown). By the way Rebel Wire kicks ass! I have spoken with Bob more times than I care to admit and every time he has been receptive and clear in his replys. Even while trying to repair tornado damage to his home. He is a regular guy rather than a corporate tech connected to a phone. Too late to call tonight!
