Cutting Coils and Pulling Leafs????
I have decided to cut my coils up front on my 70 C20. If I cut one full coil off how much about will that drop the front end? Also if I pull 2 leafs from the rear how much will that drop the rear? If I pull 3? I think that will leave only 2 leafs on ether side if i pull 3. Is that gonna be enough? Thanks

1 full ring off my 1/2 ton front springs gave roughly a 2 1/2- 3" drop. At the rear, I have a flipped axle, relocated brackets, & less 2 leafs & the helper for a 5" drop. I would reccomend a set of slapper bars to control wheel hop after you remove the leafs. Good luck, crazyL

So ill be ok if I take out 3 leafs then?..I know i might have crazy wheel hop but as far as running with 2 leafs it would be ok? Running only 2 leafs would give me how much of a drop you think? Thanks

I am still running 4 leafs on the longhorn, & that works good. I couldnt say how less would work, but I wouldnt try it. You could also opt for a set of drop shackles, along with removing 2 leafs?
