12 bolt code
I have a line on a 12 bolt 3.73 rear end from a '67 C10.
The seller says it has a code of HE 7 29 W - I can't seem to find this number. Hope someone can help. |

Double check the code when you pick it up as the code "HE" comes up as a 1965 3:73 non posi 1/2 ton axle.
There is no "HE" code for 1967 but if upon further inspection it turns out to be "HB" instead it is a 3:07 ratio non posi. |

It is a 3.73 as the ring has 41 11 on it. the mounts all look correct for my '67.
I checked the code when I picked it up and it is HE 7 29 W. Tomorrow I will begin to clean it up and will measure everything to make sure it fits!! |
