Re: 2000 Blazer ZR2
Doing the SOA you'll get close to 6" of lift, so your Torsion bars won't be enough. And even if they would crank up that much, the ride would be horrid.
If you want a cheap lift for your truck look into lift keys and shackles. They'll get you 2-2.5" up front and depending on the shackle .5-4" out back. For the level lock get 2" shackles and keys. If all you want is the crank the torsion bars, a couple turns will level it out, but it looks like thats been done already on your Blazer2. I would also suggest a body lift, but on these trucks they are ugly and noticably.

Oh, and after cranking make sure to get an alignment, just a small crank will through the alignment out.

Re: 2000 Blazer ZR2
The keys are the pieces at the end of the torsion bars that do the cranking. Theres a bolt you turn, it pushes on the key, which twistes the torsion bar and thats where the lift comes from. If you get new keys they are indexed so when you put them in they start with a little bit more lift and can go higher.

Re: 2000 Blazer ZR2
Keep in mind though as you twist the bar the ride will get stiffer.
