69 short stepside bed (pics)

i would like to know how much just the bed is worth. this truck has 75,000 orig miles. the only thing wrong with this bed is the wood needs to be replaced. no dents or dings, no bondo, black primered. just common surface rust underneath.
i would say this bed is in excellent shape.....includes tailgate.

I'd say about $800. with no rust at the fender mating surfaces. If it was original paint with good wood more like $1,000-1,200. It may depend on the area,but all I know is a replacement bed will cost $2,500 or more.

that's actually the exact amount i had advertised on the back window. i ended up taking the stickers off because everyone was calling me thinking i was selling the whole truck for that amount.
i just wanted to make sure i was in the right ballpark. thanks.
