Gauge needle replacement

If anyone knows where to get new needles for my 86 Sierra Classic, I would very much appreciate it.

The main reason for starting this thread is to find out how to pull off the needles without breaking them. Do they simply just pull off, is there some kind of set screw, special tool? I just got my tach fixed and the damn needle got broke during shipping. Need some help here.
