Quad Idle Adj.??

1975 C10. 350/350. I just had my 4 barrel quadrajet rebuilt and it idles high. I think i need to adjust the idle speed? The engine is stock except for a Performer Plus cam and headers. My timing might be off a little also. I think it said 14 degrees BTDC. Does this sound right? What should my idle be and which do i set first? Thanks.
