No pic axle ID?

Well, I forgot to snap a pic. I'll try my best to describe the axle under the '57, though...
It has drum brakes.
It is a 6 lug.
The axle is at least 40 years old, since it entered the family in 1976 or 77 and nobody remembers swapping the axle.
The cover is held on with 10 nuts. It appears that the housing has 10 studs. The nuts are on the back, though, so it isn't a drop out 3rd member.
The housing is not the cast center chunk & pressed tube design I'm used to. It looks like a Toyota 8", hard to describe, like it is formed from plate & rolled to shape & welded along a seam.
There are no link mounts or obvious remains of link mounts.
Is this a corporate 10 bolt? The stock rear end?
I want to be sure I know what I have before I start buying parts to disc it or plan on swapping it...
