What are these bucket seats in my truck?

Any of you guru's know what these bucket seats are in my 66 lwb? They should have a small headrest, but they arnt there. The rear is hard and has a upper center push button to release seat to fold for rear entry/exit.

Pics tell the story

I believe youre correct.
I just googled and it seems 69-71 chevelle and nova share same type of seat.
Thanks

Yep, yall are right, those are the highly sought after bucket seats for SS chevelles. Dont throw them out, those are worth some money. I have seen them restored going for around 1000 bucks. I bet yours would bring 200-300 at a swap meet the way they are now.

Re: What are these bucket seats in my truck?

Those definitely look like Chevelle buckets, but the Chevelle buckets I am familar with have the release button on the side of the back. So I would say they are Nova buckets. Still worth a few bucks.

68 had the release on the side and 69-72 had the release on the back in the middle. seats fit chevelle, monte carlo, nova, lamans, probalaly a few more. some in worse shape than yours on ebay right now for 650$$

They could also be Olds Cutlass seats, I had some just like that in a 68 Cutlass

Those seats belong in any A body from 69 to 72. I found a set on the curb during a city wide clean up a few years ago. The drivers was even power. I turned them real quick for $350. Its amazing what people will throw out.

I wish I could..
I listed them in 3 major markets surrounding me for 400/BO, and a few days later dropped to 325. or make me a offer! and havnt gotten a single call.

If they dont sell soon, Im gonna let my 15yr old use them as seats in man cave for his buds to play Xbox....

Re: What are these bucket seats in my truck?

How well did they fit in the truck? Were they too thin and short to look okay, I was thinking a set like that out of my dad's Chevelle would be good in my 60 but the ole man wont let me take his seats.

Check under the springs you may find a factory info sheet . We had a 69 firebird with seats that look like that. Been 30+ years since I was in that car though ha ha .
