whats it worth 68 c10
I am looking at this 68 c10 and was kind of wondering a basic value of it to see if im getting a good deal here. Truck has original medium bronze paint in bed and inside cab and has been painted a burnt orange outside. Has a 350 and a 700r4 tranny and runs and drives good. Has some rust on bed floor i guess and seems to have some aftermarket wheels and tires. I absolutely love the looks of this truck just dont want to overpay seeing how some parts werent painted. I will find out more details when i get ahold of him. So i guess whats it worth so far? Thanks

From the picture, without getting a close inspection, I would say $3000 IMO

Be sure to check carefully for rusted out door sills, cab corners and body mounts. That repair can get expensive and time consuming.

Re: whats it worth 68 c10
I'm willing to bet the whole truck has been repainted.
According to the 1968 Chevy data book, a medium bronze wasn't offered. I would check it over carefully. Who knows what is under the paint. But, from the pictures it does look pretty good and I do like the medium bronze two tone trucks. I think they look pretty sharp! Depending on the condition of the truck, I would be guessing $3,000 - 3,500. The truck does look pretty good (at least on my monitor!) Good luck! Keith |

Ok, maybe its the light that makes it look that way, that would be great if it was all repainted. I am going to try to pick it up for 3000 if i can, he wants 3400. He has not gotten ahold of me yet but i hope i can make a deal on it, i think it would be a fun driver.

Thats a great deal at $3000, can't tell much from the little pics but it would go for about double that up here!
