if i just add airbags to my truck how low will i get? can you post pics please if you have them

That's a pretty vague question being we have no idea what year truck you have or tire size. Could ya fill us in a bit more then that?
is it even a chevy?....LOL

A compressed air bag is approximately 3" tall.
So subtract 3" from your compressed coil spring height,... and that will tell you how much it will drop from where it is now.

its a 1969 gmc c10 lwb i think the PO heated the rear coils to lower it or they are just old i dont know ill get a few pics on here soon.ive got the AVS airbag with shrader valves all the way around on order.

the tires i have right now are winters on 15" steel rims that i want to keep so ill be looking to get new tires in just a few days just dont know what size

The rear you can do a small notch that will get it pretty low the front with only 15s should get pretty low too.

on my 67 i did 86 c10 disc brakes and 3 inch drop spindles and i am still on 14 inch wheels. if you use 86 c10 parts you'll have to order the 73-87 parts and 73-87 spindles and also change ball joints upper and lower and tie rods including hoses and if you dont have a booster you'll have to get one. very costly and labor intensive. so basically with bare control arms i started from scratch. i had drums to begin with. if you have discs now, you can buy the drop spindles in 2 inch and will also need to know if you have 1 inch rotors or 1 1/4 before you order parts.

its best if your going drum to disc to go ahead and buy a kit that includes everything.

As long as its stock disc i don't see any reason 15s won't fit.

Youll go all the way to the bumpstops. Ride is rough as hell with bags fully deflated.
