4wd conversion

Ok guys i dont know if right spot to post in but i am looking get a 83 3/4 ton crew cab 2wd truck has 83,000 miles on body no motor or trans was a 4 speed truck with 454. I want to know how hard would it be to turn the truck to 4wd?
I searched but i couldn't find anything but am still looking. Any help will be appreciated and pics or a link to a thread will be great.

Doing just the opposite, It is much easier to go from 2wd to 4wd. The rear spring mounts and bump stop mounts are different. Also the overloads mount lower on the frame.
