need help with brake booster
Im doing a turbo ls1 build and started thinking about brakes. I purchased a 7" dual diaphragm booster with a 1-1/8 bore master. One person says its not enough booster and one says I should be fine. With the way my turbo is set up I don't have enough room for a 9". Please tell me what you think. Thanks

Re: need help with brake booster
The 7" dual diaprhagm booster is better than a 14" single diaphragm booster, they provide the same assist as a 14" single but require a lower vacuum level to achieve the same amount of assist. Since your running a Turbo the cam in engine is probably not a Extreme cam that would provide extremely low vacuum so the 7" should be more than enough booster for you.
