sm-465 issues

hey all,
so the last few days my trans has been giving me a fit with popping out of 1st not low or 2nd well 2nd doesnt take much to pull out on accident lol i dnt have any good ideas besides maybe a sincro or bent shift fork? any ideas?

it will go in but you have to either come out of low and swiftley hit 1st. sometime its so smooth your shift is way faster than thee old left foot, but sometimes it will kick back out and chatter on its self and is a pita to get back in unless ya bang at it a few times. and somtimes it goes in with no problems at all,

this all kinda started the other day after playing race car driver starting in low and rolling smoke into and out of first woops foot got a little heavy.
