Cab Question
What is the difference in a half ton and 2 ton can on the 55-59 chevy I know frames are different but just want to know if cab is same size or not

The cabs are all the same size,some of the larger trucks use different styles of rear cab mounting,but can be modified for smaller trucks.I belive the fenders are longer on large trucks also

Firewall and floors can be different and depending on model the cowl also.

58-59 have difference hood bracket mounting hole configuration.

We have an old 2 ton at work. I'm not sure of the year but I'm wondering if I could put half ton fenders on it. I Wld b putting it on a newer chassis. So cld make my own mounts
