Can someone ID my axle code?
I have a 71 half ton with a 12 bolt. I looked everywhere but I don't see an answer for my code. It's: THA W153.
Thanks for any help. |

Anybody able to ID my rear gear ratio?
Can anyone identify my gear ratio?
It's a 1971 12 bolt. The code on the rear passenger side tube reads: THA W153 |

Re: Can someone ID my axle code?
HA = 3.73?
That would be awesome! I just bought this 71 for a parts truck for $500, and I'm doing a 6 to 5 lug conversion on my 70. I just crossed my fingers when I bought the 71, but 3.73 is exactly what I wanted. I will open the case when I pull it to confirm. |
