High hump
Does anyone sell high hump panels? I'm in need of one. I've looked at LMC but couldn't find one. Maybe I'm missing something
Thanks! Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: High hump
Those are not reproduced. You will have to find both the cover and the mating firewall piece from a donor cab.

Re: High hump
Does anyone have a pic of a high hump and the firewall piece mentioned above, I have located a hump from a 63 but it doesn't look right, did they make a removable low hump in 63? Here's a couple pics of it

Re: High hump
Yes GM did make a removable low hump but not every low hump is removable. Post #4 on the following thread shows both kinds, and post #5 shows the piece in front of a high hump:

Re: High hump
so judging from the pic in post 5 of that link. the piece I posted pics of looks like it would be the front piece for a removable low hump?

Re: High hump
Thanks for pointing that out. I wasn't paying attention to the bolts, but was curious about the bulge in the driver side of the main pain.

Re: High hump
Yes that's what it looks like to me. The angles all match up and if you look close at your photo it even has two small holes that line up with the pair in the left front of the removable low hump cover.
