Removable tailgate on my '63

I am in the middle of a rollpan install and hidden latch system on my tailgate so I decided to update my tailgate so I could remove it like the modern style tailgates. I left the drivers side hinge stock and bought the passenger side hinge for 90's style Chevy truck. Drill out the spot welds on old hinge on tailgate and box brackets and replace with new style ones. I did have to notch the tailgate so I could slide it on. I still have some finish work but it works great. I'll post more pictures after bodywork and paint is done.
