brake drum
install new brakes in front...wanted to adjust brake, but can't get drum off...wheel turns easy, don't know what is holding it.....48 gmc 1/2 ton

Could be rusty lugs, or center hub. Might have groove and shoes catching.

just keep smacking it as hard as you can without damaging the drum with a BFG and eventually they will break loose
